Nullity Petition 3 Months ago
Hi I'm a first timer in the forum. Can anyone tell me where I can get hold of a precedent or standard form for an affidavit for special procedure directions on a nullity petition.

Most gratefully recieved

Actually scrap that - the one I have is also gender recognition.

I think you'll find that there is no special procedure for nullity and it will require attendance at court and oral evidence being given. I would pre-empt it in with a detailed affidavit as well which will hopefully mean for only limited oral evidence neeing to be given.
