A new YouGov poll has revealed how out of step political parties are with the realities of family life and breakdown in modern Britain says Resolution, the family lawyers association. The poll surveyed 2,104 adults across the Great Britain and found that almost threequarters (72%) of people don’t think unhappily married couples should stay together because of the children, and over two-thirds (68%) believe that couples should be able to divorce without blaming each other.
